Everyone has this issue. The Maguss team will tell you it was sent and it's in your spam. Mine wasn't and it doesn't sound like others were either. Their system is horribly broken or they're flat out lying to us. Either way, to get the issue resolved, I had to send them a chat message on facebook - which they responded to very quickly and offered me a key. At least the customer service is great, even if the initial process is broken.
