Why can't I Duel? Not even nearby opponents?

@steavinrice Hey, we know that it is hard to find a match for a higher level players. We already designed a hardcore PvP mode which we hope will bring more lower level players to fight higher level players. Proximity duels dont work now but soon will be fixed, before Rift Adventure feature releases
