How does it compare to other wands?
Asking since i haven't been able to log in since the day of the 18-10 update.

White version of the worn-out wand were just empower: 4 or something like that

I've seen green, purple and orange equipment, is there something even better?

@ryu Usually purple is the best. But in most cases I have seen blue before it somewhere. So it's possible, but I don't think it is particularly likely.
