BOOKS AND NECKLACES

Hi I read that will be gear addittion books and necklaces, that monsters drop them, I already kill lots and noone appeared.
I wonder any got any of those? If yes what monster drops it... Ty for the answer.

You gotta defeat more monsters. Those are pretty rare ;)
